SCHURTER receives the "Great Place to Start" award
The award recognizes companies with an exemplary workplace culture for apprentices. Companies of all industries and sizes participate in the benchmark survey on the quality and attractiveness of workplace culture and undergo an independent examination by the Great Place to Work® Institute.
The evaluation was based on an anonymous survey of SCHURTER AG apprentices. The report from Great Place to Work® concluded that learners at SCHURTER feel a high degree of trust, pride and pleasure in their work. In addition to the variety of measures, the originality and creativity of the design of apprenticeship training were also taken into account.
As a traditional family business, SCHURTER has stood behind the vocational training system with conviction for decades. It forms the foundation for a stable and successful professional future. At SCHURTER, apprentices benefit from modern structures, varied activities, respect and recognition of the work performed. In addition to professional training and promotion, the focus is also on the personal development of young employees.
"Well-trained and motivated employees are the key to any business success. This is particularly true of our young employees. Because they are our future," says Christian Holzgang, CEO of SCHURTER AG. "The fact that we have been named one of the best training companies in Switzerland makes us very proud. "This shows us that we are following the right principles."
